Agenda includes but not limited to:

• PUD 24-01 (Maj Sub) Arbor Homes would like to be heard about the property along N. West Union Church Road.  They would like to build 267 homes on the 93+ acres.
• Recreation Impact Fee- create an impact fee for all news home that are built in Monrovia.  The impact fee would help the town build parks, walking trails, etc….
