Sewer utility Grinder Pumps and Lift Stations are the property and responsibility of the Town of Monrovia. For Grinder Pumps, that responsibility changes upon the transfer of title to the property (Ordinance 2021-08 dated September 28, 2021). At that time, Grinder Pump financial and maintenance responsibility is placed on the new property owner.
