This month, your Plan Commission approved the new draft Town Comprehensive Plan which was subsequently unanimously voted to adopt by the Town Council – Resolution 2021-04. The new plan supersedes the plan previously adopted in 1997 and paves the way to better manage near term and future growth in Monrovia. The adopted Comprehensive Plan is available for viewing on this web site under the Departments/Town Council/Ordinances & Resolutions tabs.
