Through grant funds awarded by the Community Foundation of Morgan County, and in the spirit of maximizing methods of communicating to Monrovians, a new electronic message board will be installed the the Monrovia Government Center next to the flagpole. Installation is scheduled to be completed by the end of January, 2024. Information that will be displayed 24/7 include; citizen alerts, meeting schedules, Town events, and other information of use to all.
