As the October 2nd, 2023 meeting of the Monrovia Festival & Community Association was called to order, Association President Bill Chapple (seated – right) was presented a “Hometown Hero” award from Michelle Badolato, Fraternal Event Coordinator for the Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial (standing – right). Bill was recognized for the numerous work projects that he has coordinated and completed in support of the Town in 2023, culminating with the outstanding work that he and the Festival Association members and volunteers performed to organize and host an outstanding annual Town Festival.
