Monrovia Community Park Trail Construction
The Town of Monrovia Parks & Recreation Department is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for a new ADA-compliant walking trail at Monrovia Community Park, located at 260 Pray Street, Monrovia, Indiana.
Project Overview
The project includes construction of an approximately 1,957-foot-long, 6-foot-wide walking trail, including:
- A perimeter trail loop
- Connections to existing paths, playground, and shelter house
The trail will include 6 inches of compacted aggregate base with 3 inches of hot mix asphalt, along with grading, drainage, erosion control, and site restoration.
Important Dates
- RFP Issued: April 20, 2026
- Proposals Due: May 11, 2026
- Sealed Bids Opened: May 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM
Late proposals will not be accepted.
Proposal Submission
Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP requirements and include firm qualifications, project approach, schedule, and cost proposal.
